About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Range Booking Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position based at Robertson Barracks, Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing booking requests for range facilities, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
  • Maintaining and updating range calendars, booking systems, and usage records to reflect current availability and allocations.
  • Liaising with internal departments, external clients, and operational teams to confirm booking details and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensuring all bookings comply with relevant safety, environmental, and operational protocols.

About You:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, booking coordination, or administrative support within a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external clients, and operational personnel.

Your ideal candidate will be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
