We are seeking a motivated and versatile Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic, all-rounder role where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day service delivery, support participants, and ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. They will coordinate rosters, engage with clients and families, support care plans and behaviour strategies, and provide leadership when management is unavailable.

  • Coordinate and manage staff rosters to meet participant needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants and families
  • Support care plans, behaviour support strategies, and risk assessments
  • Prepare documentation and reports for compliance and audits
  • Guide and delegate to house team leaders and frontline staff
  • Act as the on-call contact for urgent matters
About You

We require:

  • Certificate IV (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS and compliance requirements
  • Experience in rostering, staff support, and client engagement
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and resilient under pressure
