Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key relationships with tenants and service providers to ensure building compliance and drive initiatives on engineering standards.
  • Develop and enhance the team's portfolio of services to improve the environmental performance of clients' assets.
  • Manage the presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties, including security, maintenance, and safety.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, clients, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Review monthly operating expenditure against budget and work with Property Managers to produce client reports.
  • Manage data within facilities management software and ensure planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.
  • Ensure each asset remains compliant with required standards and provide monthly reporting on the operation of each asset.

Requirements:

  • Facilities, Engineering, or Building Management role in a commercial environment.
  • Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems.
  • Strong understanding of building services and systems, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
