About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team on the CBRE – ISPT client account. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our clients across a portfolio of commercial office assets in Parramatta and North Ryde.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations of the property assets
  • Coordinate planned and preventative works, including site attendance and meetings
  • Conduct site inspections and report on findings
  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction through efficient and cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services
  • Maintain and update asset registers, supporting documentation, and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients
About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a facilities, property, or related role. You should have a sound working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, including essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic, and structural. Contractor management experience in a commercial building environment is highly advantageous.

  • Ability to manage multiple functions and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders
