Optimal Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Optimal Patient Care Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless team operations and delivering high-quality service that enhances the patient experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous customer service or administrative experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Discussing treatment options with patients
- Managing appointments and schedules
- Building rapport with patients through excellent interpersonal skills
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity (28-38 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. The successful candidate will be required to work in person at our Sydney location.
