Front Desk Coordinator
Provide exceptional patient care as a Front Desk Coordinator at our modern clinic dedicated to varicose vein treatment.
- Contribute to high-level patient care by managing the front desk, directing enquiries, maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments.
- Responsibilities include following billing guidelines, understanding Medicare rebates and billing codes, and ensuring seamless patient workflow.
- This role requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, explain treatment plans, and provide dedicated patient care.
You will report directly to the Practice Manager and work collaboratively within a close-knit team focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of medical reception/administration experience or current university student in a health-related discipline.
- Prior sales or retail experience is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
- A positive approach to growth and change within the business.
- High ethical standards and professional judgment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills for independent and collaborative work.
