Clinical Care Manager Opportunity in Western Sydney Aged Care

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Care Manager to provide support in the choice of a terrific aged care home located in Sydney's Western suburbs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical care services within a medium-sized home with 120 beds.
About the Role:
This is a 3-6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of ongoing extensions. The ideal candidate will have solid aged care experience as a Care Manager and excellent hourly rates paid weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clinical care services within the aged care home
- Ensure high-quality care standards are met
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Manager in aged care
- A Police check processed within the last 12 months
- Certification in COVID vaccinations and Flu vaccination records
- 2 Senior Clinical Referees
