We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Western Sydney services, providing clinical care to residents and supporting independence and quality of life.
Ongoing coaching and development opportunities advance clinical practice, fostering a community of skilled practitioners.
Our team works together to tailor support for each resident's unique needs, leveraging the Uniting Household Model.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your sharp clinical assessment skills to develop, deliver, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide expert clinical services like wound management, medication management, and palliative care.
- Support the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and assessments.
- Foster collaboration with medical and allied health professionals, advocating for clients' quality of life.
- Supervise and mentor Care Workers.
- Exercise critical decision-making skills to lead the team effectively.
- Prior experience in aged or community care nursing, or a passion to transition into aged care with relevant nursing experience.
- Adaptability, empathy, resourcefulness, strong time management, and alignment with our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
- Dedication to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
- Nursing degree and current registration.
