**84 BED FACILITY IN GREYSTANES is looking for a Clinical Care Manager**
Exciting opportunity for an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Manager at our aged care facility. In this pivotal leadership role, you will work in close partnership with the Facility Manager and Registered Nurses to oversee the delivery of clinical care. Your passion for clinical best practices, commitment to maximising resident wellbeing, and strong leadership abilities will be key.
As a Care Manager, you will:
- Provide guidance, supervision and education to our dedicated nursing and care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Compliance with legislative requirements and maintaining accreditation will be a critical focus, as will driving clinical governance across the facility.
- Human resource management skills to drive effective recruitment, rostering and performance management.
To excel in this role, you must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and bring at least 2 years' experience in a clinical leadership position. Your background in aged care funding optimisation and AN-ACC documentation will ensure the financial strength of our operations. As a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, to cater for residents, representatives and staff from diverse cultural backgrounds.
