Senior Manager - Programs Role
This is a critical leadership position in Western Australia responsible for the strategic and operational management of state-wide programs that support:
- the participation and inclusion of migrants in transition,
- individual and community resilience, preparedness and recovery.
The Senior State Manager – Programs will be responsible for:
- brokering local, regional, and state sector, community and government collaborations and partnerships to advance strategic and revenue generation objectives;
- leading teams of people from diverse backgrounds to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with external stakeholders;
- researching and analysing complex information to optimise business approaches and models;
- developing and implementing corrective actions to improve performance and impact;
- ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to consumers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- strong stakeholder engagement skills;
- well-developed cultural competency skills;
- comprehensive understanding of issues affecting people impacted by migration and their vulnerabilities and strengths;
- ability to work under limited direction from manager;
- highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
- strong presentation and public speaking skills.
