About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Consultant to join our team at WFI, part of IAG, the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.

As a Client Service Consultant, you will work closely with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and service.
