Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to support our team in providing workplace rehabilitation services.

This role will involve working with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing strategies to overcome them
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce

Requirements:

  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, or Physiotherapy
  • Ability to travel and possess a current vehicle and driver's license
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • Ability to manage time effectively and be punctual
