About the Role
We're seeking Expressions of Interest for WFI Client Service Consultants to join our team. As a Client Service Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our customers and work in a team environment that values communication, empathy, and resilience.
Your Responsibilities
- Restore faith in our customers by providing exceptional service and support
- Create memorable customer experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Make their world a safer place by providing accurate and timely information
About You
- You'll be tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- You'll have the ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
- You'll possess well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills
- You'll be able to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
