Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Manager to join our Front Office team at Accor Hotels. As a Night Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Night Shift team: Lead and motivate the Night Shift team to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
- Manage the Front Desk: Oversee the Front Desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Handle Guest Complaints: Respond to and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Hotel Security: Ensure that the hotel is secure and that all security protocols are followed.
- Run Reports and Compile Statistics: Run reports and compile statistical information as required by finance policies and procedures.
- Process Guest Account Transactions: Process guest account transactions, including payments and refunds.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and lead by example, setting high standards for the Night Shift team.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership Experience: Have previous leadership experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of Hotel Operations: Have a thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Be able to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Hotel Software: Have knowledge of hotel software, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
