Job Overview

The role involves leading a team to execute media strategies and campaigns, partnering with brand teams and agency partners to bring PepsiCo brands to life in owned, earned, and paid media.

As the Senior Digital Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end media strategy and campaign implementation, while ensuring the highest level of creativity and ROI across all ANZ brands and new launches.

Key responsibilities include orchestrating Total Connections Planning (TCP) strategies, delivering annual TCP plans, providing external insights, and leading partnerships with agencies to drive joint business outputs.

You will collaborate with brand marketing and shopper brand leads on campaign delivery, championing the TCP process and ensuring best practice from brief to execution.

The ideal candidate will have significant digital media and comms strategy leadership experience, with a solid understanding of media landscape and buying principles. They will be a big-picture thinker, able to orchestrate audience, content, media, and measurement to deliver campaigns that capture attention.

A strong ability to influence and navigate a matrix organization to drive results is essential, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility and bias for action.
