Senior Digital Strategy Leader

We are seeking a Senior Digital Manager to drive our digital strategy and campaign implementation across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
About the Role- Lead Total Connections Planning (TCP) process, orchestrating all paid, owned, and earned media to create fame-driving campaigns that populate culture and future-proof our brands.
- Develop annual TCP strategies as part of the annual business planning process, including strategic principles, commercial calendar alignment, audience architecture, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with brand marketing and shopper brand leads on campaign delivery, championing the TCP process and ensuring best practice from brief to execution.
- Responsible for integration across audience – content (Influencers/Creators), media, and measurement.
- Significant (6-10+ years) digital media and comms strategy leadership experience, either from an agency or in-house media role.
- Big picture thinker, able to orchestrate audience, content, media, and measurement to deliver campaigns that capture attention.
- Solid understanding of media landscape and buying principles across traditional and digital channels.
- Consumer obsession and creative thinking; ability to influence teams and agencies to produce best-in-class content.
