Requirements
  • Experience - Previous experience in Optics at a Store Manager level or senior management experience in a retail environment is an advantage.
  • Leadership - Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training, and developing the team to be the best they can be.
  • Teamwork - Passion for building a strong partnership with the store Optometrist, allowing for joint identification of opportunities for growing the store via both the clinic and retail spaces.
