This role offers a broad range of responsibilities spanning internal and external relationship management through to data analysis and project management and will support in driving growth and performance of a key part of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a key point of contact for lending program partners across commercial and operational requirements, and ensure communication between Plenti and its partners is highly effective, and drive the day-to-day activities of our partner lending programs.
  2. Assist in developing Plenti's strategic partnership plans and play a role in commercial negotiations for new partner and product development.
  3. Project management and delivery - define project timelines, chair meetings, ensure relevant project stakeholders are accountable for their area of delivery, address blockers and challenges.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities within partner lending programs and products, including working closely with our product teams to define and prioritise development roadmaps.
  5. Prepare clear and informative analysis and presentations for partners and senior Plenti management to drive new business initiatives and manage the execution of joint projects.
  6. Oversee the measurement and reporting of partnership performance metrics and service level agreements.
  7. Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships within Plenti to ensure we can deliver on our commitments to our partners.
Requirements
  1. At least 3-5 years experience in a financial or professional services business, preferably with experience in banking, consulting or a high growth startup environment.
  2. Strong project management, time management and organisational skills.
  3. Strong and confident written communicator and presenter.
  4. Strong critical thinking skills.
  5. A strong academic background with a desire to develop new skills.
  6. Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting and data analysis.
  7. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to develop and manage relationships across a range of disciplines.
  8. Commercial management experience or working knowledge of lending products and experience in a financial services business is a plus.
