We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a Program Manager – Open Spaces, you will be responsible for managing a large-scale landscape maintenance program, overseeing multiple contractors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of approximately 450 mowing sites, involving scheduling works and overseeing multiple contractors.
- Develop and implement effective landscape management control methods, including mowing, brush cutting, weed management, and plant identification.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from all levels of government and commercial clients to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
- Manage budgets, track project progress, and plan new and ad-hoc works.
- Prepare and revise contracts and tender documentation.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, Environmental, and Quality standards.
- Proven experience in environmental, horticulture, or landscape trade, with a strong understanding of plants, grasses, and weeds.
- Proficiency in landscape management control methods and ability to manage a large-scale program.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in an office-based environment with flexible working arrangements.
- Current NSW driver's license and willingness to travel across NSW.
