About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Manager, working closely with the Commercial Director to manage JCDecaux contracts with private, business, and government clients. You will be responsible for negotiating licenses and lease renewals, contract management, and administration of contracts. You will also assess new opportunities and work with the Commercial Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the management of JCDecaux contracts with private, business, and government clients
  2. Negotiate licenses and lease renewals
  3. Manage and administer contracts
  4. Assess new opportunities and work with the Commercial Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  5. Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement commercial strategies
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in asset or commercial property management. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A university degree in a relevant field, such as business, property, or law, is highly desirable.
