Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team.


This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic occupational rehab team based in Townsville. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting injured individuals with their recovery and return to work.


The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities
  • Assist injured individuals with their recovery and return to work;
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various portfolios;
  • Support individuals in recovering and returning to their pre-injury employment using your clinical expertise;
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant registration/accreditation);
  • Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation;
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach;
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
