Our Focus

  • Support personnel who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury through clinical reasoning skills.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including employees, medical specialists, other treatment providers, and allied health professionals to develop rehabilitation plans.
  • Perform assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, or AASW).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal.
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate and experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded.
