Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Operations Manager to lead high voltage field operations initiatives, including maintenance and testing activities for utility-scale battery storage assets.

This role works closely with Corporate Asset Operations, EPC, and Construction teams in cohesion with a 3rd Party Contractor management strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement on-site equipment plans through 3rd party services providers.
  • Manage warranty filing and resolution process.
  • Experience with NERC / ERCOT asset management compliance is highly preferred.
  • Travel throughout the Southern Texas Region is required.
