Job Overview

A skilled Project Coordinator is required to support the delivery of complex High Voltage (HV) projects in Melbourne and across Victoria. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, driving project success in the Energy, Renewable & Industrial HV Infrastructure sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers in developing project-specific plans and strategies
  • Take ownership of project tasks, including programming, cost control, time management, quality assurance, purchasing, contract administration, site administration, and subcontractor activities
  • Manage overall safety, quality, and environmental standards on projects
  • Authorise construction planning, programming, network outage coordination, and on-site completion schedules
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
Key Requirements
  • Significant experience in Project Coordination or a similar role within the High Voltage Industry
  • Profound knowledge in procurement, construction, and commissioning of HV Projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including effective influencing, motivation, and delegation skills
  • Ability to work well with others to deliver as a team
Desirable Qualifications
  • A Grade licence
  • Construction Induction Certificate
  • Driver's Licence
  • Recipient in charge and HV Operating ticket would be an advantage
