We are seeking an exceptional structural engineering leader to spearhead our renewable energy and high-voltage substation projects. As a Technical Lead Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and implementation of utility-scale solar, battery energy storage systems, and high-voltage infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Structural Engineering Design: Oversee the structural engineering design of renewable energy systems and high-voltage power plants, including foundations, steel and concrete support structures, platforms, enclosures, and balance-of-plant structures.
  • Develop and Review Design Calculations: Develop and review design calculations, specifications, drawings, and construction documents in compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • Perform Structural Analysis: Perform structural analysis for static and dynamic loads, including wind and seismic forces.
  • Mentorship and Team Collaboration: Provide technical oversight and mentorship to senior and junior engineers and designers, as well as collaborate with civil, electrical, and geotechnical teams on integrated project delivery.
Requirements
  • Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Accreditation: Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), or actively pursuing accreditation.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 7 years in renewable and high-voltage power plant projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in structural design for solar PV (fixed-tilt or tracker), battery storage, or substations.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in structural design software and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of Standards: Strong understanding of structural engineering codes and renewable energy standards.
