Childcare Coordinator Position

This position is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and provide high-quality care to children. As a Childcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs that support the needs of children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.
  • Mentor and guide staff to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Hours: 7:00am – 9:00am and 2:00pm – 6:00pm, plus 3 weekly admin hours. Monday to Friday only — no weekend work.

Requirements:
  • AceacqA recognised diploma qualification in teaching, childcare, or a related field.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
