Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Centre Manager. This dynamic position requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, a strong focus on quality care and education, and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive centre culture.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. A key responsibility will be designing and delivering engaging programs for children's holistic development, as well as prioritising their safety and well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher, along with at least 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting. Additionally, excellent communication skills and a commitment to ongoing professional growth are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership background.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth.
