**Your new role**
- Handle phone enquiries with excellent phone handling skills, providing outstanding customer service to parents and visitors.
- Oversee day-to-day reception duties, ensuring a welcoming and organised front desk area in our state-of-the-art facility.
- Process enrolments, bookings, fees, and attendance records accurately and efficiently
- Manage the wait-list and maintain accurate records, through Trio operations record management and utilising our advanced systems.
- Booking in families for centre tours.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Current Blue Card
- 1+ years experience in similar role
- A current working with children check
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy, competent with Microsoft Office programmes
- Ability to prioritise different workloads and manage busy fast-paced environment with positive attitude
- Beneficial to have relevant childcare qualification
