Job Overview

This role is focused on nurturing relationships with community fundraisers to drive revenue growth and supporter loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create strategies to increase participation in fundraising events, promoting income growth across various programs and activities.
  • Support fundraisers with material provision, including guidelines, letters, logos, posters, and other resources to aid their fundraising efforts.
  • Establish ongoing communication with fundraisers before, during, and after their fundraising activity or event, fostering repeat support for the organization.
  • Inspire supporters and maintain effective relationships across multiple channels, including telephone, email, online, and face-to-face interactions when required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar fundraising or customer service capacity.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, high levels of empathy, and the ability to represent the organization professionally at all times, including handling sensitive or difficult inquiries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to establish rapport quickly and sensitively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
