Job Summary:

The role of Community Fundraising Manager is a key position within our organisation, responsible for designing and implementing fundraising initiatives and strategies to achieve our organisational objectives.

This hybrid role involves working from the office 1-2 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute fundraising plans and activities
  • Lead and coordinate a small team of fundraising support staff
  • Campaign manage high-profile fundraising events
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and volunteers
  • Manage peer-to-peer fundraising platforms and events
  • Contribute to overall fundraising strategies and goals
  • Build relationships with agencies to create and execute mid-to-large-scale fundraising events and campaigns
  • Support local and national community fundraising events, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and forecasts

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role - 2-3 years experience
  • Leadership experience or willingness to develop skills and expertise
  • Salesforce and Funraisin CRM skills highly regarded
  • Event management and organisational skills
  • Campaign and digital marketing skills and experience
  • Proactive, self-managed, and creative
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Valid driving licence essential
