**Community Fundraising Officer**
- **Role type: permanent, fulltime opportunity**

**Fundraisers, customer service specialists and account managers, we want to hear from you**

**We are looking for a Community Fundraising Officer to manage the day-to-day relationships with community event organisers and promote successful community fundraising initiatives and activities with purpose.**

**If successful, you will be responsible for**:

- **Ensuring community event fundraising initiatives are in line with the Foundation's message and goals**
- **Working with community organisers to improve the potential success of their event**
- **Building relationships with event supporters to encourage ongoing and future events**
- **Assisting in executing strategies for the Cricket and Community Team**
- **Using critical thinking to ensure Cricket and Community Team works productively, leaning into opportunities to streamline processes and procedures**
- **Primary relationship holder for merchandise and fundraising stakeholders**
- **Managing budgets and expenses in collaboration with Community and Events Manager**

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- **A tertiary qualification**
- **A minimum of three-years experience in customer service or account management**
- **Experience in a fundraising environment preferred**
- **Proven stakeholder management experience, with the ability to work and communicate with people of all backgrounds; including senior employees, Board members, volunteers and individuals from all works of life - resilience and empathy are important**
- **Organisational skills with the ability to work within multiple deadlines**
