**Agent Service Lead**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- The Agent Service Lead is part of the MyAgentCentre team and is responsible for leading the team that provides service, operational and administrative support to the BOC gas agent channel
- Identify issues unknown to gas agents during support calls and providing information other team members so they can be resolved
- You will work with other team members to introduce strategies to drive up service levels and improve center operations
- Further, you will be the first point of escalation within the service team to help resolve more complicated issues
- You will delegate and manage the workload of the team to ensure deadlines and KPI's are met
- Moreover you will mange the team roster and any shift changes and provide training and ongoing coaching to all team members
- You will Implement initiatives to maximise service levels
**What makes you great**
- You must have experience working in a customer service/account management role, preferred
- SAP experience, preferred
- Understanding of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel) is required
- Furthermore you have strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, demonstrating resilience in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in guiding and motivating individuals to achieve optimal outcomes from a team of technical experts
