Role Overview">

We are seeking a senior acquisition leader to drive growth and deliver business outcomes across digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer lending products, with a proven track record in acquisition, digital marketing, and growth roles within banking and financial services.

This is a people leadership role, responsible for overseeing performance across paid, owned, and partner channels, with a focus on top of funnel growth and delivering key business outcomes such as balance sheet expansion and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of end-to-end acquisition strategies across digital channels.
  2. Oversee performance analysis and campaign optimization to drive business outcomes.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
  4. Develop and manage high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of consumer lending products and digital marketing principles.
  2. Proven track record in acquisition, digital marketing, and growth roles within banking and financial services.
  3. Expertise across digital channels, including website, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, affiliate, and partnerships.
  4. Commercially minded and data driven, with the ability to build business cases and interpret insights.
  5. Inspiring people leader, confident in engaging senior stakeholders and leading high-performing teams.
