Payroll Team Leader Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced payroll professional to lead our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to manage the payroll administration team, perform end-to-end processing and administration for Nursing Agency payroll/s efficiently and accurately within agreed timeframes and in accordance with company policies, procedures and work practices. The successful candidate will have sound understanding of pay and billing including accounts receivable responsibilities, as well as competent and capable knowledge of all areas of payroll processing and maintaining up to date knowledge as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sound understanding of pay and billing including accounts receivable responsibilities.
  • Competent and capable knowledge of all areas of payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of Fair Work Australia and National Employment Standards.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Minimum 3 years payroll experience.
  • Demonstrated payroll experience at a payroll officer level.
  • Experience utilising payroll systems.
