About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacist Manager. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, managing pharmacy operations, and providing exceptional care to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to help them succeed.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory control, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide vaccination services, including for Influenza and COVID-19, as part of our commitment to community health.
  • Utilize Fred + Dispensing and FredOffice systems to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and cared for every time they visit.
About You

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent service and who is ready to take the next step in their pharmacy career. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacist, with 3 years in a management role.
  • Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Accreditation to vaccinate for conditions like Influenza and COVID-19.
  • Experience in managing pharmacy operations and inventory control.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • A natural leadership style, with a focus on mentoring and developing your team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • AHPRA Registration: Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacist, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Vaccination Accreditation: Accredited to vaccinate for a variety of conditions.
  • Inventory Management: Proven experience managing inventory, with a focus on minimising shrinkage.
  • Dispensing Proficiency: Experience with Fred + Dispensing and FredOffice systems.
