About the Role
As an Operations Specialist at Indie Campers, you will be part of the APAC regional team responsible for executing regional processes and managing local depots and their respective teams. Your primary focus will be on executing daily operations to drive operational results in terms of fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of executing end-to-end processes that support the achievement of operational objectives, including real estate expansion projects and day-to-day property management.
- Guarantee health and safety norms are met and procure a network of partners that support local operations.
- Coordinate actions with team members and local operations, with a direct impact on results.
- Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation to your region.
- Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
- Be the regional point of contact and maintain ongoing relationships with local partners and suppliers to ensure daily execution of local operations.
- Execute regional stock replenishment procedures for a smooth operation.
- Understand and contribute to the evolution of all real-estate standards to enable local operations to excel and be compliant with health and safety standards.
- Procure and negotiate suppliers as required.
- Lead the expansion of our network through real estate procurement and negotiation, and expand the current supplier network.
- Contribute significantly to achieving efficiency targets in your region.
Requirements
- Background in Engineering, business, or a similar education.
- Prone to action, taking initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows.
- Organized and analytical, using data to drive actions and effectively managing time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, following detailed procedures, and ensuring precision in execution.
- Team player, willing to work closely with team members and local teams to contribute to overall objectives.
- Adaptable and resilient, adapting to unforeseen events to reach the end result.
- Good communicator, with clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
