
Commercial Growth Specialist

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Source new projects nationally and locally through established contacts and proactive approaches to finding new business opportunities.
- Maintain and expand a network of clients and leads across various sectors, including medical, retail, hospitality, offices, and other areas requiring fitouts.
- Identify market segments within the commercial fitout realm and utilize sectors for business expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand existing networks and promote business growth.
- Manage existing client relationships, report regularly, and maintain open communication with management.
- Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Selection Criteria:
- A minimum of 5-10 years' sales experience in the commercial fitout industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- An existing network of leads and contacts within the industry, including architects, interior designers, RDMs, centre managers, and commercial leasing agents.
- Knowledge of the building industry and a deep understanding of the commercial fitout sector.
This is a long-term position that offers generous remuneration and commission for the right candidate.
