Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to enable individuals with disabilities to achieve sustainable employment by identifying their skills and abilities, and securing job opportunities that match their needs.

About the Role
  • This role involves sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers and helping them identify their skills and secure employment.
  • You will deliver ongoing excellent customer service to job seekers and employers, increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services.
  • Your primary goal is to create and implement joint job plans with job seekers to support a clear pathway to employment, while building relationships with local employers and community organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers.
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment.
  • Deliver ongoing excellent customer service to job seekers and employers.
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services.
  • Create and implement joint job plans with job seekers to support a clear pathway to employment.
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
