Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable Generative AI solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP, leveraging native services and OpenAI/Anthropic/Google Gemini models.
  • Design and deploy RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering strategies to optimize enterprise knowledge retrieval.
  • Lead integration efforts with enterprise systems including ERP: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ITSM: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to ensure secure, compliant, and performant AI deployments.
  • Define and enforce best practices for model governance, data privacy, and responsible AI.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools for LLMOps, observability, and cost optimization.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, cloud-native services, and enterprise integration patterns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience architecting and deploying Generative AI solutions in Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, embedding models, vector search, and RAG architectures.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI with ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, Google Vertex AI, PaLM/Gemini, Cloud Search.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
