Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Solution Developer to join our team. As a key member of our AI solutions development group, you will work closely with clients to design and develop bespoke AI solutions that meet their specific needs.

Your primary focus will be on the hands-on delivery of advanced AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. You will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into practical functional and technical requirements for AI solutions.

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. You will also need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technology and best practices in MLOps and automation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Presenting compelling Proof of Value demonstrations
  • Communicating the business impact of technical work to client stakeholders
  • Designing and developing intelligent agents and RAG patterns
  • Implementing CI/CD workflows and monitoring model performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Generative AI & Frameworks: Solid experience building advanced AI solutions using RAG patterns and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
  • Cloud-Agnostic Application Development: Proven track record of building and deploying production-quality solutions in Python on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • MLOps & Automation: Experience implementing MLOps principles and automated CI/CD pipelines to deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models
  • Client Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
