Drive innovative technology strategy in our organization by spearheading the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, recommending, and standardising AI platforms, focusing on Microsoft technologies while considering other leading tools and architectural patterns for scalability, security, and interoperability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption, including ethical guidelines, risk management, compliance, and decision-making frameworks for AI deployment.
  • Partner with business units to assess, prioritise, and oversee AI initiatives that align with enterprise strategy and deliver measurable value.
  • Set the overall direction for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, digital transformation programmes, and innovation agendas.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to executives and cross-functional leaders, facilitating informed decision-making on AI investments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft AI technologies.
  • Comprehensive expertise across leading AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI frameworks and cloud services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, including ethical guidelines, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
