Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Strategist to drive innovation and efficiency across our operations. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in investigating, advancing, and integrating AI solutions to enhance our processes.

About the Role

In this exciting position, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Optimize internal systems and processes using expertise in customer experience (CX), business process optimization, and systems integration.
  • Propose innovative solutions for AI and automation opportunities across our organization.
  • Presentation recommendations to stakeholders on findings, including vendor selection.
  • Engage in ongoing research to stay up-to-date with AI and automation technologies, tools, and trends.
  • Partner with technology firms to implement AI and automation recommendations.
  • Work closely with teams to implement proposed AI and automation solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Measure and report on solution effectiveness, providing ongoing improvements to maximize efficiency and impact.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Automation, AI or related field.
  • Strong understanding of business system software, software integration and development methods.
  • Broad CX and/or business process skills within a contact centre environment, BPO or large companies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Passion for AI, Automation and achieving efficiencies through software and improved processes.
  • Strong research capabilities and proactive approach to staying current with industry developments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex organizational structure.
