SYC is a non-profit organisation committed to helping people succeed. Our new specialist disability employment program, Inclusive Employment Australia, aims to empower participants by understanding their individual circumstances, building confidence and skills, and connecting them with tailored employment opportunities.

As part of this program, we're seeking a passionate and dedicated Employment Coach who can help participants achieve positive outcomes. If you're driven to make a difference and support others to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with clients, employers, and partners. Experience working with people with disability in roles like support work, case management, or employment services is highly regarded. We also welcome those with transferable skills from other sectors, such as education, customer service, community services, sales, or coaching.
