About the Role

Our purpose is to make skills, education and employment accessible to every person, so they can create their own world of unbounded possibilities.

BUSY Ability enables people with a disability and people with a lived experience of the justice system to realise their full potential through participation in meaningful employment. Engaging in communities across Northern NSW, ACT, Victoria, North QLD, South East QLD including Gold Coast and Brisbane.

We have a number of roles available including:

  • Employment Support Consultant
  • Workforce Retention Consultant
  • Team Leader
  • Client Care Assistant
  • Diversity Recruitment Specialist
Key Responsibilities

You will be working as part of a team, but also independently with clients, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients to develop skills and confidence
  • Working with employers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless service delivery
