Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Regional Manager to lead our operations in the region. This role is responsible for delivering business outcomes through high-quality standards of care, proactive relationship management, and pragmatic decision-making.

  • This position will develop and implement an enterprise-aligned regional business plan, driving commercial results for the region and serving as a senior leader in the Operations team.
About You

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, supporting young people by leading local operations, and be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

  • You should have a tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Community Work) and relevant management experience or a qualification equivalent.
  • A demonstrated understanding of quality systems in residential youth services is essential, along with significant quality services experience.
  • You will also need to be proficient in using MS suite software and be willing to learn other programs.
  • A valid WA drivers licence is required.
