Business Development Manager WA

The Hardware Group is seeking an experienced business leader to drive growth and excellence in Western Australia.

This role will support and grow our network of member stores, driving retail and trade excellence from the ground up — from strategy to store shelves.

  • Growing the Market – Boost sales, margins and member value with smarts, strategy and community spirit.
  • Leading with Vision – Inspire and lead a high-performing state team aligned with our values: Family. Village.
  • Retail & Trade Excellence – Help implement national programs like Sapphire and Store of the Future, tailor-made for our DIY and trade heroes.
  • Member Relationships – Be the voice of The Hardware Group in WA. Build trust, spark ideas and help members thrive through change.
