Regional Business Development Lead

We are seeking a driven and passionate professional to lead our high-performing team in the South East Perth metro region.
The successful candidate will report to the Zone Manager and contribute to the continued development of iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of professionals
- Execute compliance activities and seize incremental opportunities
- Adhere to provided OH & S guidelines
- Contribute effectively as a member of the WA field team
- Manage merchandiser resources effectively
- Liaise with key decision-makers in store
- An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results
- Superior customer focus with a challenger mindset
- FMCG experience is preferred but not essential
- Confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation
- Forward planning skills to stay ahead of the game
