Regional Performance Leader

The Role: A dynamic and ambitious individual is sought to lead a cluster of Fitness Clubs in the South Brisbane Region.

This role requires someone strong in sales, with proven experience in driving revenue growth, leading sales campaigns, and developing strategies to maximise membership acquisition, retention, and overall club profitability.

  • Overseeing a group of big-box gyms, ensuring membership satisfaction, retention rates, and engagement remains high.
  • Conducting regular visits to ensure standards are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Ensuring all clubs in region achieve monthly, quarterly & annual growth targets across all sales streams.
  • Delivering a supportive and high performing culture in the businesses within the region, across all departments.
  • Educating, implementing and supporting quarterly and seasonal sales campaigns and collaborations with clubs.
  • Developing initiatives to help underperforming clubs achieve performance milestones.
  • Coaching & mentoring Club General Managers in all areas of operations & people management to ensure Clubs are operating efficiently.
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with Club General Managers to identify areas of risk, and opportunities in the region.
  • Proactively managing club-based consumer brand feedback, responding and resolving to member feedback in reasonable timeframes.
  • Working with and supporting functional departments, and revenue source stakeholders to achieve KPIs within the region.
  • Resolving critical customer issues, maintaining a commitment to outstanding service.
  • Nurturing and developing a high-performance team, aligned with the company's core values and strategic objectives.
Key Requirements:

To excel as the Regional Performance Manager, you'll need experience in a similar performance driven role, ideally within a big-box gym or other health and fitness organisations, and/or multi-site operations.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration across the clubs.
  • A solid track record in driving performance, achieving sales goals, and effectively managing teams across various locations.
  • Proven ability to lead through significant changes, such as new club openings or club expansion.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a focus on policy system implementation.
  • An understanding of gym operations, the industry and current market trends.
  • Must have Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights.
