Job Title

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures as a senior professional in our team.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead and manage professionals to deliver operational business improvements across the full range of Compliance related Services.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive compliance excellence.
  • Exercise leadership authority and decision making skills in a professional manner pursuant to position delegations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.
  2. Driving operational business improvements in the team through effective strategies and initiatives.
  3. Leading decision making and exercising leadership authority in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building Control, Environmental Health or related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and competent knowledge in control and management of building and environmental health.
  • Compliance with development consents pursuant to legislation.
