Job Title: Senior Compliance Leader APAC

About This Opportunity:

This is an exciting role to lead the embedment of a new compliance function in a diverse business that bridges financial services and healthcare.

The successful candidate will have roughly 10 years of professional experience, with exposure to Line 1 and/or Line 2 compliance roles within APRA-regulated entities or other highly regulated environments.

You will oversee the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks, policies, and systems to ensure effective compliance management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Management - Ensure compliance management is embedded across the business.
  • Regulatory Change & Implementation - Drive the identification, assessment, and implementation of new requirements across the business.
  • Monitoring & Assurance - Lead monitoring and assurance activity to assess compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

We are seeking someone who can communicate effectively and understand both the technical and human elements of compliance, working collaboratively with the business to ensure our approach to compliance delivers great results for customers.

About You:

  • A senior leader with 10+ years of experience in compliance management.
  • Exposure to Line 1 and/or Line 2 compliance roles within APRA-regulated entities or other highly regulated environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
